How Do I Return An Item?

Any Damaged item or missing item should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How To Report If Something Is Wrong With My Order?

If you find the parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, or something is not right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@coolbritannia.com with images or videos showing the issue.

When Will I Receive My Order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
